The Monday Tang Soo Do Class – 6.30 PM – 8.00 PM
Hirer: Bedford Tang Soo Do
Tang Soo Do is suitable for all ages and abilities and teaches not
only self-defence, but many life skills as well as being an excellent
form of exercise to develop physical fitness, confidence,
concentration and leadership.

The Tuesday Martial Arts Class – 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Hirer: Total Warrior Kickboxing
Every Monday evening, Dan takes over the hall for two dynamic
fitness sessions. Open to all levels, these classes focus on
improving strength, flexibility, and overall health.

The Wednesday Bowls Club – Every Wednesday 7:00 PM – 9.00 PM
Hirer: Renhold Bowls Club
The Club caters for all standards of bowls players. There are those
who come to the Club who just wish to play bowls and enjoy the
company of other like-minded players. To encourage the social
side of the session a break for tea and biscuits is held after a
couple of games and then bowls finish off the session. Please

Yoga with Katy – Thursdays from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Hirer: KT Yoga
A peaceful way to continue your week, yoga offers a serene space
for yoga and meditation. The Thursday sessions cater to all levels,
helping participants connect with their bodies and find inner
peace. Whether youʼre looking for relaxation or more intense
stretches, this class has something for everyone.

The Village WI – First Thursday of the month 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Hirer: Renhold Womenʼs Institute
Renhold WI welcomes members old and new from all areas. You
do not need to be a resident of Renhold Parish to join this lovely
group! They usually have a guest speaker, and there is always a
cuppa, biscuits, a chat, and sometimes something home-baked!

Creative Dance Classes – Saturdays at 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Hirer: Inspired School of Dance
Sarahʼs Dance Academy has made the Village Hall their home on
Saturday mornings, teaching children of all ages creative dance.
Whether it’s for fun, expression, or preparation for a performance,
Sarahʼs classes provide a nurturing environment for young
dancers to grow and thrive.

Athletics for our littlest people – Sundays at 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Hirer: Mini Athletics
These sessions are designed to be fun, engaging, and inclusive,
helping children from walking to age 7 develop the fundamental
skills of running, jumping, and throwing. But itʼs not just about
athletics — itʼs about building confidence, learning teamwork, and
making new friends in a safe and supportive environment, with a
little competition involved!
